3rd Annual Kepler Astrologers Showcase Competition
June 8, 2026 @ Noon PDT
Kepler Astrologers Toastmasters invites active club members to flex their speaking skills. The annual showcase aims to push members to develop their best content and learn how to better prepare to share their voice with the astrological community at large. The six top speakers competed in our 3rd Annual Showcase on June 8, 2026. While the preliminary contest is judged by your KAT peers, the main event will be judged by a panel of astrology conference planners.

Preliminary Showcase Rules
Who can compete?
- Membership > 6 months
- Pathways Level 1 (or equivalent)
- KATS must have completed a stellium of meeting roles
Contest Rules
- Speeches are to be 5-7 minutes covering astrology topics.
- Speeches that go over the 7 1/2 minute mark will have their ranked scores reduced by one level.
- One designated KAT will cast their vote at the same time as everyone else. However, it will only be counted in case of a tie.
- Speakers must present their own original content.
Will this be broadcast?
- All members who participate in the showcase are invited to be on the Open House Summer Solstice panel on June 24th.
- Both the June 8th Showcase and the Open House are supported by Kepler College and will be posted on the Kepler YouTube channel after the event.
How will the winners be determined?
- Each KAT member attending the preliminary showcase (including speakers) will rank their top 6 picks to advance to the showcase.
- The voting sheet URL will be posted once all contestants have spoken.
- Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting on May 6th.
What happens next?
- Winning speakers will be asked to prepare a professional bio for the 3rd Annual KAT showcase. A template will be provided.
- A Circle of Gold event is where KATs can practice delivering their talk and get feedback from their peers will be scheduled based on the availability of the advancing speakers.
- The top presenters at the 3rd Annual KAT showcase will be presented with opportunities to speak at OPA and EAS (and maybe others).
